CJR Performance app: account & data deletion
This page is for the CJR Performance app and website, run by CJR Performance (1010 Brock Rd #1, Pickering, Ontario).
Signed in? Go to My account and press “Request account deletion”.
Can't sign in? Use the form below, or email christian@cjrperformance.com from the address on your account.
What gets deleted: your login account and sessions, your contact details, your vehicles, build history, time slips, photos (including time-slip photos), and push notification subscriptions.
What may be kept: records we must keep by law (for example invoices and business records for tax purposes, normally up to 7 years), and short-lived security logs. Kept records are not used in the app.
How long: we confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from your account email so nobody else can delete your data.
